We offer both in-person counseling at our Huntsville office and online therapy throughout Alabama to make care as accessible as possible.

All Therapy Services

From childhood through adulthood, we provide thoughtful, evidence-based care across a wide spectrum of needs.

Individual Counseling

One-on-one therapy tailored to your age, needs, and goals. Whether you're a child, teen, or adult, we provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, life transitions, and other challenges. Your therapist partners with you to build coping skills, insight, and lasting change — at a pace that feels right.

Couples Counseling

Strengthen your relationship by improving communication, rebuilding trust, and working through conflict with evidence-based techniques. Our couples counseling helps partners reconnect, navigate difficult conversations, and build a healthier, more resilient relationship — whether you're facing a specific crisis or simply want to grow together.

Family Counseling

A safe, supportive space for families to address conflict, improve communication, and rebuild trust at home. Together, we explore the patterns that cause stress and create healthier ways to connect, cope, and support one another through challenges like divorce, grief, behavioral concerns, and major transitions.

Teen & Adolescent Counseling

Therapy designed for teens navigating the unique challenges of adolescence. We help with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, peer pressure, academic stress, social media concerns, and identity exploration. Megan Caudle, LPC-S, and Scott Kincaid, LPC-S, see teen clients in a warm, judgment-free environment where they feel heard and understood.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a highly effective, evidence-based treatment for trauma and PTSD. EMDR helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer trigger intense emotional or physical reactions. Megan Caudle, LPC-S, is trained in EMDR therapy and works with teens and adults.

Child Therapy

Play-based and talk therapy for children ages 4 and up. Using age-appropriate techniques like play and art, Amy Bryan, LPC, helps children process emotions, build social skills, work through behavioral concerns, and navigate family changes in a warm and supportive setting.

ADHD & Executive Functioning

Specialized support for children and adolescents struggling with attention, organization, time management, impulse control, and emotional regulation. Amy Bryan, LPC, works with kids and teens to build practical strategies for managing ADHD symptoms and improving executive functioning skills — helping them succeed at school, at home, and in relationships.

Image Rehearsal Therapy (IRT)

An evidence-based treatment for nightmares and trauma-related sleep disturbances, particularly effective for children. IRT helps clients recall a recurring nightmare and then rewrite the ending — changing the imagery to something neutral or positive. Through practice and rehearsal, the brain learns to replace distressing dream imagery, reducing nighttime fear and improving sleep. Amy Bryan, LPC, offers IRT as part of her work with children and adolescents.

Telehealth Counseling

Secure online therapy available to clients anywhere in Alabama. Telehealth sessions offer the same quality of care as in-person visits — with the convenience of attending from home, during lunch, or wherever you have privacy. Covered by most major insurance plans. All you need is a device with internet access.

Men's Issues

Therapy for men facing the unique pressures and expectations that affect mental health, relationships, and well-being. Scott Kincaid, LPC-S, works with men on stress management, emotional expression, work-life balance, relationship difficulties, fatherhood, substance use concerns, and navigating life transitions — in a direct, judgment-free space where men feel comfortable being open.
